Dennis Toman is the owner and founder of The Elderlaw Firm, with its headquarters in Greensboro, NC. Dennis specializes in Elder Law and Estate Planning, and he is the first lawyer in North Carolina with those joint specialities.
Dennis is a Certified Elder Law Atorney by the National Elder Foundation. He is also a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the North Carolina State Bar. He has served as chair of the Elder Law Section of the North Carolina State Bar. He has built The Elderlaw Firm to serve the needs of the aging population in Central North Carolina. He understands the stress and needs of caregivers, who provide needed services every day for a parent, spouse or other loved one. Our goal is to help our clients who never want to be out of money or out of options at one of the most frail and vulnerable times of their lives.
Dennis received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - School of Law. He received a batchelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconin School of Business. He and his wife, Lynne, have been married since 1981 and actually have known each other since Junior High. They didn't start dating however until after High School (his fault, not hers). They have two sons, who are in college and graduate school.
